Heart & Sole Walking Group
Our Heart & Sole Community Walking Group provides an opportunity to get outdoors, lower stress, and connect with others. Walkers meet at 9 a.m. every Thursday at Lodi Lake Park.
Community Quilt Group
Join us in creating special pieces that support and comfort our community. Open to all who enjoy quilting or those looking to learn new skills, this group meets on the second Friday of each month at Lodi Avenue Baptist Church.
Healing Path Workshop Series
The Healing Path Workshop Series focuses on practical "next steps" in the healing journey after the loss of a loved one. Each workshop will have a different speaker and a different topic of interest.
Champions of Freedom Appreciation Luncheon
Local veterans and their families are invited to attend our “Champions of Freedom” Appreciation Luncheon. This free event will honor those locally who served in the military.
“Always In My Heart” Valentine Luncheon

Youth Essay Contest
Open to all San Joaquin County area middle and high school students, we hope our annual Youth Essay Contest will inspire young people in our community to learn more about the true meaning of Memorial Day.
Mother’s Day Memorial Butterfly Release
The loss of a mother, child, or other loved one can make Mother’s Day a very sad time of year. In remembrance of those who touched our hearts and shaped our lives, we invite all members of our community to this special butterfly release.
Memorial Day Patriotic Remembrance
Designed to show dedication and appreciation to local veterans and military members, this family-friendly community event will also include the presentation of awards to the winners of our Youth Essay Contest.
Father’s Day Rose Ceremony Remembrance
Uniquely inspiring, this hour-long program supports loss of parent, loss of child, and general loss. This is a free and family-friendly community event open to the entire public.
Never Forget Tribute & Youth Art Exhibit
In remembrance of Sept. 11, 2001, Lodi Community Outreach presents the Never Forget Tribute, which features a 3,000-piece American flag display and a special exhibit of artwork by local students.
Forever In Our Hearts Remembrance & Bubble Release
To commemorate National Infant & Pregnancy Loss Remembrance Day, our free community event will have an uplifting message, dessert reception, therapeutic activities, and an opportunity to honor those special little ones.
Meet Esther Jimenez: Community Outreach Coordinator
In 2013, Esther traveled the U.S. as part of Team 6 for the organization N.E.T. Ministries, based out of West St. Paul Minnesota. Through her nine-month work as a missionary, Esther and her team conducted more than 130 retreats for youth across the country.
